Preparing for pechakucha in March at Greenhill

This week, Greenhill in Greensboro emailed out a call to artists to be part of a presentation event. Similar to pechakucha, artists submit 15 images and prepare for a 5-minute talk about their work. It works out to about 3 images/minute and 20-seconds per image.

I spent a lot of time this week selecting work, making sure the images were good and strong but also build the narrative script/talk around the images in a way that I feel tells my story. So– got my work in on time. The narrative I can keep working on. The presentations are March 12th, 2 – 4pm at Greenhill.

This has been on my list for a long time, and it’s thrilling and scary.
